1. Statutory Right to Cancel

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order from the moment it is placed until 14 days after the day you receive your goods.

To exercise this right, please notify us via email or our contact form within this period. Once cancelled, your refund will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the goods back (or receiving proof of return).

2. Condition of Goods

Items must be returned in the condition they were received. For a full refund, goods must be:

  • In original, undamaged manufacturer packaging.
  • In a re-sellable condition (not fitted or marked).
  • Complete with all components and manuals.
⚠️ Installation Warning You will lose your right to cancel if parts have been permanently fitted, bonded, or modified on a vehicle, as they are no longer in a re-sellable condition.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are excluded from our standard return policy:

  • Goods built to your specific technical specifications or clearly personalised.
  • Special order components explicitly sold as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
  • Items showing signs of installation or use.

📦 Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was delivered in error or is defective. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service. If items are returned at our expense, the cost of recovery will be deducted from your final refund.
